We are a small family with passion for life, nature and animals.

We love continuing old traditions of our ancestors, enhancing them with modern approches and technologies.

On a beautiful sunny spring  day, we landed, by chance, on the opportunity to put in practice an old idea to start a freeze drying  company-  by making freeze dry candies. What a beautiful thing to start with !!!
Like that, The Frreeze Dry Shop saw the light of the day and we started our journey.
